One of my favorite parts of Christmas! I love hearing from old friends and marveling at how things change over the years (or don't). I love receiving family pictures and sparkly fancy Christmas cards and especially entertaining newsletters from my friends who can really write. I love planning my Christmas letter every year and, ok I admit it, I really enjoy creating it, too. I can't boast much in the way of amusing letters, in fact the people who receive them probably groan every year when they open their mailbox, but too bad for them because I like writing newsletters!
This year, I've had to get things started a little early because I'm afraid no one knows my new address and I won't get any Christmas cards if I don't send mine out first. If you're not on my mailing list (if you didn't get a card last year, then you're probably not on the list) and you want to be, send me an email with your address and I'll send you a Christmas card!

I can't wait to get your Christmas card and newsletter! We are struggling as to what to do this year. We just got the cutest pic from our friends in Tampa of their little boy in a santa hat sitting on the beach next to a sand snowman!! I thought it was the cutest idea ever.
cute snowflakes - you are so domestic! do you know bad I am at that stuff? if I get out a holiday email it will be a miracle (especially this year)!
well, how do you feel about being tagged? I usually hate this kind of thing, so just do it if you want.
Here are the rules:
1. Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself.
3. Tag 7 random people at the end of your post, and include links to their blogs.
4. Let each person know that they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
I guess I should clarify: I didn't sew that snowflake pic. It's a JPEG I pilfered from the web. As for being domestic, ha! You should see my messy house and piles of laundry.
Hey Elly,
It's Brians cousin Emily. Got your fun card in the mail today, and have been checking out your blog. Congrats on the new house and even more congrats on being moved in. We moved this year to and it is quite the project! But so worth it. Anyway, it's fun to see what you guys are up to. I'll keep checking in!
Take care and tell Brian hi!
Emily
