You couldn't plan it better. Two boys growing up together, and now it looks like we'll have two girls to keep each other company--and fight each other. Yes, we'll see how thrilled Maggie is when her new sister usurps her spoiled-baby-princess throne...
Here's the pics from the ultrasound:
I was really expecting a boy, so I'm kind of still adjusting to the idea of another girl. While I'm not so sure I can handle another drama queen, I'm consoling myself with visions of matching dresses, bows, and bracelets and a pink and girly nursery. I hope I survive.
By the way, my due date has been moved two days off to April 2. Like it makes any difference. Babies come when they want to.

Congratulations Elly! Pretty soon you'll have a full cast for a home theater production!
Yay!!! I can't wait for your little girl. I can only imagine how Maggie is going to react...
PS She is already super photogenic...we could never get any decent ultrasound pics of Owen!
Congratulations!

Congratulations! You're right, you couldn't have planned it any better, and the sisters have older brother's to stand up for them!
so is this it? the perfect balance. i don't think so for me :) though i definitely don't like this part of pregnancy one bit (36 weeks and counting).
