Be Careful What You Say to Your Kids Because It Will Be Repeated

Last weekend, Maggie asked Grandma Camper to shut the door for her, explaining, "I don't have three hands."

Sometimes, when my arms are full of Becca and stuff, I'll tell Maggie I can't do something--like carry her, too--and I might possibly use that very same excuse.

Maggie didn't have anything at all in her hands. But it's still a good excuse, don't you think?

HA! Would 3 hands make it possible to clean extra fast? Cook 3 things at once? Make-up and hair at the same time? One can only dream...

We learned that when I got pregnant with Chase. We didn't want to tell anyone yet but when Keira announced in primary how "sick I was from the baby and that her prayers had been answered for a new baby" it was all over. The whole ward new in a few hours.

The look on Maggie's face was the best part of the whole comment.:) I'm still laughing.
