Another Postpartum Milestone

Today I walked Matthew to the bus stop. In this:
Yes, that is snow. Blowing sideways snow.

You see, I've been itching to get out and get some exercise. Looking out the window at bright sunshine 15 minutes before it was time to leave for Matthew's kindergarten bus, I figured today was finally the day to walk with him. But by the time we got bundled up (I knew it was chilly) and loaded the girls into my fancy new stroller, the snow was coming down sideways.

We walked anyway.

Probably I'm crazy. Or, more likely, it's that old culprit...cabin fever.

So it snowed--blowing in our faces and collecting on the stroller--all the way to the bus stop (where we left Matthew in a friend's car because I didn't want to stand around in that weather) and back home again. The minute we walked in the door, the snow cleared up and the sun came out. Of course.

But, hey, I had my first walk in a long time.

You must have cabin fever! It was freezing today on the 3rd grade field trip to the state capital. It hailed on us! BRRRR! But we had fun anyway. It's Utah. I can't wait for Florida! It's 82*F today.

You are AMAZING. Seriously, I don't know how you do it! And that stroller is pretty cool, too. :)
